"I was truly impressed by my stay at this hotel! The reception staff were amazing – friendly, always smiling, and incredibly polite. Honestly, I have never met such kind and helpful people in a hotel before. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable, and the hotel itself is brand new, which really shows. The location is excellent, right next to trams and trains, making it very convenient to get around. What impressed me the most, though, was the outstanding hospitality and kindness of the staff – they really make your stay special. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Completely new hotel, beautiful and clean. Our room was spacious as well as the bathroom. We had a few hiccups at the start but the staff was always so helpful and quick to fix everything. They were absolutely lovely! Breakfast was a bit small but the quality was good. They offer private parking a walk away but it’s a narrow entryway so wouldn’t necessarily recommend parking there with a big car. Air conditioning worked well and was easy to use."

"We stayed in the King room, and the bed was big and comfortable, lots of space for luggage, and nice contemporary furniture and bathroom. Suitable for a business trip and for those travelling on a budget like us- the interior was muted but cool. It was one of the few cheaper hotels in Nice that offered private parking (£15 a day) which was only a short walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly, including the very cute dachshund (who was just a reception visitor)! Very close to the train station, whilst still being quiet."

"As the hotel is run by Sonder chain, the telephone communication was quite tricky. We wished we knew the direct line for the front desk for example, instead we were only given the number for the main Sonder switchboard- which is confusing and annoying, especially when we arrived, we didn’t know who to call to open the garage. As it’s a modern ‘sustainable’ hotel the AC was locked at 24C which was OK, but when you arrive from outside summer heat you wish it could be cooler for a few hours at least."

"The hotel is brand new and the staff were superb. They quickly fixed a few issues we encountered during our stay. The hotel is in a great location in the center of the city, close to public transport and plenty of restaurants. The rooms are nicely decorated and the bathrooms are very practical. We also enjoyed the breakfast. If you need parking, I recommend the parking garages near the train station."

"After reserving through Booking.com, I received numerous emails from Sonder requesting that I check-in in advance using their app. Unfortunately the app was not able to confirm my reservation and on-line support team were slow to respond creating unnecessary stress. Once we arrived at the hotel, the staff quickly resolved the issues and we had the rooms as reserved. Sonder needs to fix their app and stop sending daily emails."
